What this is
Board Game Bank (the app and the service at boardgamebank.com) tracks play money in board games. It is provided by LMSCloud, a sole trader registered in Australia, ABN 36 911 809 303 ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.
Play money only
The app tracks game money. It is not a payment service, a wallet or a ledger for real money, and it must not be used as one. Balances have no monetary value.
Your account
- You need to be an adult to create an account. Using a game with a share code does not need an account.
- Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete account.
Fair use
Do not try to break the service, guess other people's share codes, flood it with requests, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Game names, player names and descriptions are yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the players you share a game with, which is what the service is for. Do not enter other people's personal data without their agreement.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We try to keep it running and to keep your games safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Finished games are deleted automatically after 90 days. Keep your own notes if a game matters to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. The app is free and tracks a game; if something goes wrong, the remedy is to stop using it and, if you like, tell us so we can fix it.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or stop offering the service. If a change matters, we will say so in the app and on this page. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.
