What this is
Board Game Bank (the app and the service at boardgamebank.com) tracks play money in board games. It is provided by LMSCloud Limited, a company registered in Ireland under number 791062, The Black Church, St. Mary's Place, Dublin 7, D07 P4AX, Ireland ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.
Play money only
The app tracks game money. It is not a payment service, a wallet or a ledger for real money, and it must not be used as one. Balances have no monetary value.
Your account
- You need to be an adult to create an account. Joining a game with a code does not need an account.
- Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can erase your account and data at any time. See Delete account.
Fair use
Do not try to break the service, guess other people's codes, flood it with requests, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Game names, player names and descriptions are yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the players you share a game with, which is what the service is for. Do not enter other people's personal data without their agreement.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We try to keep it running and to keep your games safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Finished games are deleted from our servers 90 days after they finish. Keep your own notes if a game matters to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. The app is free and tracks a game; if something goes wrong, the remedy is to stop using it and, if you like, tell us so we can fix it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or stop offering the service. If a change matters, we will say so in the app and on this page. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and erase your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
