Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your login and every game you moderated, including all players, balances and transaction logs. Other players lose access to those games immediately.

In the app

1. Open Preferences from the cog on the home screen.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Write to support@boardgamebank.com from the email address you signed in with, or from the address linked to your Google, Apple or Facebook login. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, and when

• Your account and login identity: at once.
• Games you moderated, with all their data: at once.
• Games you only followed with a share code: nothing is stored about you for those.
• Server request logs that may contain your account id: expire within a few weeks.

Deleting a single game

On the home screen, open the menu of a game and choose Delete permanently. This removes it for everyone.

Games on your phone only

Games you ran without signing in never left your device. Deleting them in the app, or deleting the app, removes them.
