Delete your account and data

Erasing your account removes your login and every game you moderated, including all players, balances and transaction logs. Other players lose access to those games immediately. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Preferences from the cog on the home screen.
2. Tap Request erasure of my personal data.
3. Tick that you understand, then tap Erase everything.

Can't log in any more? Request an erasure link

Enter the email address you signed up with. We send a one-time link that erases everything we hold about you when you open it and confirm. No password needed.

What is deleted, and when

• Your account and login identity: at once.
• Games you moderated, with all their data: at once. Players who followed them see them as read-only.
• Games you only followed with a code: nothing is stored about you for those.
• Server request logs that may contain your account id: expire within a few weeks.

Deleting a single game

On the home screen, open the menu of a game and choose Delete permanently. This removes it for everyone.

Games on your phone only

Games you ran without signing in never left your device. Deleting them in the app, or deleting the app, removes them.

If neither way works for you, write to support@boardgamebank.com from the address you signed up with. We erase the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
